Research update
I think it’s time for another Research update.
In January, I had a visit from Chris Hewitson, who is the research associate assigned to our project. He was really interested in thin.clusion and was therefor keen to see the research produce a report that reflects the innovation & sustainability elements.
Chris helped me revise the research action – he thought that original ones I had produced were far too in-depth and would generate too much research data for the requirements of the MoLeNET project – unfortunately, we are limited by both project time-scale & staffing hours.
So, I’ve revised the Research Question 1 action, to reduce the quantity of data capture – which will require less analysis. I have also removed Research Question 2 and replaced it with a Case Study of the project, which should inform future developments and research into virtualization and thin client mobile/open learning models
